Graduate School Training Camp 2005
As part of the Summer Research Institute, the 2005 scholars received the opportunity to travel down to the "rural reaches" of Kentucky and attend a "grad school boot camp" hosted by Murray State University. The camp involved four solid days of seminars and activities geared toward preparing the scholars to apply to graduate school. It was a lot of work, but a lot of fun too. The scholars enjoyed getting to know one another better during this trip and returned to CMU with a greater understanding of the graduate school process.
