Indiana University graduate school training camp June 2004
The scholars traveled to southern Indiana to attend a graduate school training camp, more affectionately known as “boot camp,” along with 50 other McNair scholars from around the country. They learned everything “you could possibly want to know” about graduate school, had a lot of fun with each other and other scholars and walked away with name tags stating their name with “Dr.” in front of it – a true sign of things to come! It was fun and intense – a great opportunity to get ready for grad school and become even more inspired.
